The Evans Company has been in business in the Northwest for over 60 years. In 1995, Len Evans and Steve Malsam joined forces to create Wakefield Properties. Together, Evans Wakefield will continue to seek out new opportunities to add to its long line of successful projects.

Construction complete on 125 units of University District apartments
2012

Property purchased from Schnitzer West and Apollo Management. Sold property in 2019.
2015
The Lodge at Smokey Point, Phase I
Completed construction on the first phase of residential apartments in Smokey Point, WA — The Lodge
2016
Redmond Heights
Purchased this Redmond high tech/high flex property in 2016 from RREEF America REIT. Sold property in 2019.

Construction completed on Phase II for Smokey Point apartments — Cascadia at The Lodge
