Shannon began her career in the property management industry in 2020. Starting as a leasing consultant, she quickly demonstrated her skills and dedication, working her way up to her current role as a Business Manager. With a strong background in customer service and a passion for working with people, Shannon discovered her love for property management and administrative tasks. She is now pursuing her Real Estate License, furthering her commitment to the industry she has grown to love.

Zoe joined the Wakefield Residential team in 2022, bringing a wide range of experience in the multifamily industry, customer service, and business management. As the Property Manager for Willowstone, Wakefield Residential’s newest community, she is dedicated to fostering strong resident relationships, maintaining a keen attention to detail, and driving innovation. Ron Stilwell
Ron Stilwell joins Evans-Wakefield with many years of experience in residential and commercial lending. As the former owner of Caffe Felice, a specialty coffee shop at The Landing in Renton, he brings a unique perspective to our business operations. Ron’s organizational skills and empathy for business owners helps him succeed in skillfully running our front office.
Stevon Thomas
Stevon began his maintenance career in 2009 as a groundskeeper for two years before moving up to maintenance technician, where he honed his skills in various tasks. After a year, he was promoted to supervisor, a role he has held for twelve years.
With fifteen years in the industry, Stevon has built a strong skill set and expertise in problem-solving, allowing him to handle a wide range of maintenance challenges effectively.
Alicia Trujillo
Alicia joins the Evans-Wakefield team with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Community Engagement. A Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Social Sciences from the University of Washington guides her respect for the nuances and sensitivities that come from transforming corporate culture, challenging status quo, and demanding transparency in business practices. She is a passionate and committed advocate for empowering marginalized voices in order to create inclusivity, equity, and diversity in all spaces.
