Shannon began her career in the property management industry at the peak of COVID in 2020. Prior to working in property management, Shannon had a strong background in customer service and retail. She has always enjoyed working with people, and has quickly learned that she also loves performing the administrative work that comes with property management. She is currently studying to attain her WA State Real Estate License to grow her knowledge and skills.

Stevon began his maintenance career in 2009 as a groundskeeper for two years before moving up to maintenance technician, where he honed his skills in various tasks. After a year, he was promoted to supervisor, a role he has held for twelve years.

With fifteen years in the industry, Stevon has built a strong skill set and expertise in problem-solving, allowing him to handle a wide range of maintenance challenges effectively.
