Gary began his career at The Lodge as a Groundskeeper and quickly advanced to the role of Maintenance Technician. Within just three years, he was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor at The Woods. Now, he brings his expertise and leadership to Willowstone as the Maintenance Supervisor. Committed to leading by example, Gary strives to foster a strong, efficient team while providing residents with an unparalleled maintenance experience.
With a strong foundation in finance and accounting, Jenn brings extensive experience across multiple industries, including mortgage lending, building supply, logistics, and healthcare. She began her career in the mortgage industry for nearly a decade and since then has honed in expertise in financial management, ensuring efficient financial operations and compliance. As the former owner of Caffe Felice, a specialty coffee shop at The Landing in Renton, he brings a unique perspective to our business operations. Stevon began his maintenance career in 2009 as a groundskeeper for two years before moving up to maintenance technician, where he honed his skills in various tasks. After a year, he was promoted to supervisor, a role he has held for twelve years.
With fifteen years in the industry, Stevon has built a strong skill set and expertise in problem-solving, allowing him to handle a wide range of maintenance challenges effectively.
Alicia joins the Evans-Wakefield team with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Community Engagement.
