Shannon began her career in the property management industry at the peak of COVID in 2020. Prior to working in property management, Shannon had a strong background in customer service and retail. She has always enjoyed working with people, and has quickly learned that she also loves performing the administrative work that comes with property management. She is currently studying to attain her WA State Real Estate License to grow her knowledge and skills.

Lesley is an experienced accounting professional with a background spanning multiple industries. As an Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist, she is passionate about problem-solving, improving efficiency, and finding creative solutions. With a strong commitment to accuracy and innovation, Lesley strives to make a positive impact in every aspect of her work.

Gary began his career at The Lodge as a Groundskeeper and quickly advanced to the role of Maintenance Technician. Within just three years, he was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor at The Woods. Now, he brings his expertise and leadership to Willowstone as the Maintenance Supervisor. Committed to leading by example, Gary strives to foster a strong, efficient team while providing residents with an unparalleled maintenance experience.

With a strong foundation in finance and accounting, Jenn brings extensive experience across multiple industries, including mortgage lending, building supply, logistics, and healthcare. She began her career in the mortgage industry for nearly a decade and since then has honed in expertise in financial management, ensuring efficient financial operations and compliance. Her commitment to precision, organization, and financial integrity makes her a valuable asset in her role.

Zoe joined the Wakefield Residential team in 2022, bringing a wide range of experience in the multifamily industry, customer service, and business management. As the Property Manager for Willowstone, Wakefield Residential’s newest community, she is dedicated to fostering strong resident relationships, maintaining a keen attention to detail, and driving innovation. Zoe is passionate about leading a service-focused and organized team that consistently strives to exceed expectations. She is committed to providing her team with opportunities for professional growth and development, and is excited to play a key role in the success of Willowstone.

Tanya joins The Evans Company with a strong background in customer service and organizational skills.  Effectively overseeing various aspects of property management operations, Tanya is known for her exceptional tenant relations. Ron Stilwell joins Evans-Wakefield with many years of experience in residential and commercial lending. As the former owner of Caffe Felice, a specialty coffee shop at The Landing in Renton, he brings a unique perspective to our business operations. Ron’s organizational skills and empathy for business owners helps him succeed in skillfully running our front office.

Stevon began his maintenance career in 2009 as a groundskeeper for two years before moving up to maintenance technician, where he honed his skills in various tasks. After a year, he was promoted to supervisor, a role he has held for twelve years.

With fifteen years in the industry, Stevon has built a strong skill set and expertise in problem-solving, allowing him to handle a wide range of maintenance challenges effectively.

Alicia joins the Evans-Wakefield team with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Community Engagement. A Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Social Sciences from the University of Washington guides her respect for the nuances and sensitivities that come from transforming corporate culture, challenging status quo, and demanding transparency in business practices. She is a passionate and committed advocate for empowering marginalized voices in order to create inclusivity, equity, and diversity in all spaces.
