Mill Creek Town Center is anchored by Central Market, University Book Store, and many more restaurants and retails shops.

Named the Official Best Lifestyle Center & Open-Air Mall in Washington State for 2013, the Mill Creek Town Center earned Wakefield a “2020 Vision Award” for design and collaboration with the City of Mill Creek. Wakefield sold the property in 2007.
